This website serves as an anchor for information with regards to the CIES ESE SIG, its history, workshops, call for papers and ESE SIG panels at CIES conferences. We aspire to connect people and highlight the work of our members. Please contact us with ideas and information you would like to share.

We are happy to share any events or research by ESE SIG members on this website, or via email to our listserv. We currently have 152 paid members located in 29 countries, and a listserv of 600+ friends of the SIG who have attended one of our workshops over the years. Thank you for being part of our movement.

CIES 2024 was a success with 6 online ESE panels and 6 on-site panels in Miami, FL from 10 - 14 March, 2024. We already look forward to proposals for the 2025 CIES conference in Chicago "Envisioning Education in a Digital Society"on March 22-26, 2025.

We are changing our leadership. Please volunteer to be a part of this exciting group of people. We will hold elections early May. Send us a message!
